The new era prefabs have dynamically entered the market and have already been developed in all over the world due to their low transport cost, the zero maintenance they require and the high quality materials they are made of.
The house is available in two dimensions of 26 sq.m. / 40 sq.m. in various floor plans and includes fully electrical-hydraulic installation, toilet with shower, kitchen, wardrobe, etc.
The issuance of the permit is mandatory but it can also be placed on trailers and classified as a mobile home. It is powered by a photovoltaic, autonomous power system and gas. The installation is carried out either on a deck, on a roof, or on landscaped ground.
Installation
The basic installation is a simplified proccedure enquiring a concrete platform or a simple deck where the prefabricated structure will step onto. The unit then unfolds forming the main structure of the prefab.
The basic layout design offers a large open plan kitchen dining and living area, with two large bedrooms and a full size bathroom with a walk-in shower.
